This sweet little bear couple is vintage from the 90's. Its made by Ganz, and as you'll see on the bottom of the figurine, the information is there. Collectible ceramic / enamel piece says "By Lorraine" on the bottom, and the line is called Cottage Collectables. This one is "Dempster & Penelope - First Love."
